The hillside suburb of Beverly Hills with its luxury homes gracing the cool slopes is well named. The Californian Los Angeles cannot boast more elaborate architecture than its Kingston namesake.

I have noted the comments and concerns expressed by all and had not weighed in until I had received final word from the KSAC regarding previous submissions which I made.
Please note that repairs, commissioned through the KSAC, started on Beverly Drive this morning and should cover its entire span. I know that this will not satisfy all the concerns raised but it should offer some relief to those who use that particular roadway.
Dear Beverly Hills Residents,
I think it's important to explain how roads get repaired so there is an understanding of the expectations. As Member of Parliament I can lobby and press the National Works Agency (NWA) to get major road repairs done, which I constantly do.
Minor roads, like Rutland Drive, Beverly Hills Drive, Wycliffe etc., are the responsibility of the parish council. I know that distinction means little to a resident who wants his/her roads fixed.
Reports from several residents that power was restored to the neighborhood and Rutland Road in particular by 9:45am 8th Oct 2013 from the transformer incident. Thanks JPSco
The transformer on Rutland drive 'blew' this morning at about 4:00. Calls to JPS advise that they are aware but up to 8:30 had not yet dispatched a crew ....
Any contacts that can nudge this process would be appreciated.
Thanks to those who turned out today to clean up the two entrances of Bev Drive.
Kay Osborne and her gardener
Sharon Neita's gardener
For those who contributed garbage bags:
Thanks to all.
